Acrobat DC in Cloud doesnt recognize me

When I open Creative Cloud Desktop, I see all apps in my list, In Acrobat DC fileld "open" is desibled. When I try to sign in to Acrobat, I receive a message"You do not have access to this service.

Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID."

And I cant do anything, i have tried everything.

Hi Nevena

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the toruble.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any paid subscription/product registered.

 

Please try to login to the application with the correct Adobe ID and check also get in touch with the IT admin at your university and see if that helps.
