Acrobat DC Install issue 136

Hi all, 

 

I can't install Acrobat DC via my CC. 

I have an annual subscription and I use a lot DC... 

 

It's a new computer win10 (inspiron Dell)

    We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting error code 136 while installing the application from creative Cloud. 

     

    Please try the following steps and see if that helps:

    We ran into Error 136 during the install.  Found out it was Symantec AntiVirus causing the problem.  Disabled that and it installed OK.
