Acrobat DC Internal Error

Running Acrobat DC on Windows 11. 

For the last week I have not been able to use the programme. It either opens with rendering and broken issues to the toolbar or it has an 'internal error occured' popup that won't go away unless the programme is shut down through task manager. 

Have tried uninstalling and resintalling but same issue occurs.

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

Please ensure that you are using the latest version. Try to remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the device and reinstall Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

 

If the issue persists, please share the Application and OS version on the machine.

Share the screenshot of the error message.

I also encountered the same issue with Windows 11. I tried to uninstall and the reinstall the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but but the problem persists.
