acrobat dc is not working

i installed the acrobat dc 2 months ago and just like that it's not working anymore. i tryed to reinstall ut it's not working

Hi dkakon,

As mentioned by kglad above, could you let us know what happens when you are trying to launch acrobat? Is there any error message?

Also, let us know operating system installed on the machine -mac or windows?

Try rebooting the machine once if you haven't already and check if that helps.ALso if acrobat is not launching after clicking on the icon, try launching acrobat as an administrator if that works- Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista
