Acrobat DC - Optimize PDF - Multiple Files Settings

Hi,

In Optimize PDF I can use Advanced Optimization where I can choose optimal settings.

As I see Advanced Optimization is avaible only for single file.
For multiple files I can't find any place to change paramethers - in my case unfortunately the images after reduction look unacceptable.

Is it any way to set own settings for multiple files optimization?

In the Action Wizard Acrobat Pro you can you create an action for this.

This isn't true. I think perhaps it used to be there. But looking through the available Actions in the Actions Wizard, Advanced Optimization isn't there, again, its just Reduce File Size, which has some preset settings built into it. I had to resort to using the "Go To" action so at least it would open the files and Advanced dialogue for me automatically. Then I had to click through hundreds of files manually. I know there was a way to do this with the last version... very frustrating.

It is available in the Save step:

Okay, so there is a separate Action for "Reduce File Size" within Document Processing, but access to the Advanced Optimizer is nested within the Save Action, (to be clear for others that are confused by the organisational inconsistency there).
