Acrobat DC-Outlook email conversion settings

I'm trying to convert all emails in a particular folder in my Exchange mailbox (Outlook 365). I've deselected the option to convert to portfolio and verified it in the registry setting. However, when I tell the maker addin to convert the emails in the folder it consistently wants to create a portfolio instead of a pdf for each. Outside of the option in conversion settings and the registry, how do I get this addin to properly respect its own settings???
