Acrobat DC ppt to pdf Unexpected Error

I have Windows 10 version 1709 and Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus and Adobe Acrobat DC 19.021.20047.  I cannot convert any PPT file/files to PDF.  I get error "An unexpected error occurred.  PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF".  I have tried this with the most simplist PPT that I could make (Hello World text only) and get the same error.  I can convert DOC files to PDF.  I need this to work I use it a lot in my day to day work.   Is there any way to get more information about this error?
