Acrobat DC Pro Creative Cloud App does not work on my Windows 10 Pro desktop computer. It will not stay open for more than a few seconds. It has been ongoing for me for several months, and I have already tried the suggested fixes from multiple threads at least twice (for good measure). The instant messaging support feature through Adobe seems to be a joke because I cannot get anyone to give me any viable responses. I am unable to sit on the telephone, for who knows how long, trying to resolve an issue that is either 1) so simple it's ridiculous and I've only missed it out of frustration, or 2) is an Adobe problem that Adobe needs to get addressed before they start losing customers.
