Hi Synapse,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

 

Could you please confirm the OS version currently installed on the machine?

Do you get the error message on the application launch?

 

Try once rebooting the machine and check if that makes any difference.

If the issue persists, share the Acrobat version number currently in use.
