Acrobat DC Pro - Is there a way to save settings and toolbar customization?

When I started the computer this morning, I was greeted by an Adobe error:

"AdobeGCClient.exe - System Error

The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I can reinstall the program, however I have a large number of toolbar customizations and internal settings it took some time to configure, and I do not want to have to repeat this process.

Is there a way to export the configuration as with previous versions of Acrobat?  Alternatively, is there a configuration file that could be replaced once the re-installed version is stable?

Also, FWIW, I tried to reinstall the Visual C++ as mentioned in several articles, however that had no effect on this issue.

----------

Uninstall KB2999226 first, then install above update [Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64.msu]

Computer restarted.

This had no effect whatsoever.
