Acrobat DC Pro not working but account is valid
My company Temus Pte Ltd purchased Acrobat DC Pro account for me and informed Adobe to merge it with my personal account - julieleelim@gmail.com so that I no longer paid a monthly subscription. The company account I registered is julie.lee@temus.com. It has not been working properly in the last few weeks. I can do pass protect. I already signed out and re-signed in. It didn't work. See screen shots below.
