While installing acrobat dc reader, it takes ~30 minutes to finish "Running Package Scripts" stage and after that on invocation to open any file, nothing gets displayed on the screen.On clicking on the icon for Acrobat in the dock, the application just exits. What could be wrong? Cleaned up so many times, uninstalled so many times, restarted system so many times, but of no avail. It’s on macos Sequoia15.6.1.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.
As you have tried multiple times with the same result, please reinstall once using the steps suggested below:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4msUgO3). Ensure you remove the files from the trash folder as well.
- Reboot the machine.
- Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4msUhS7.
Let us know if you still get the error.
