Acrobat DC says my subscription is expired, but the program is included in my subscription.
This program was working for me up until the last couple of days. I never signed up for a trial or anything, the program was already included in my sub when I began paying. All of my payments are scheduled monthly and have cleared, so I have not missed any payments. Adobe doesn't seem to offer any real solution or assistance (I can't find a way to contact a rep ANYWHERE and had to use Google of all things to get some contact info). I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in and out several times, etc. etc. All of the things you find on other similar threads that are copypasted don't work. I have a major deadline for a project coming up and I'm ripping my hair out because I product that I've paid so much money for, for so long, suddenly does not work. Does anyone have a solution to this, or knows how to get in touch with someone who can help?
