Acrobat DC showing completely different print options on my two computers. PLEASE HELP!

Hi! I have two work computers, and I actively use Acrobat DC Pro on both of them. The computers are almost identicle, and I am printing from the SAME printer. When I open a document, click "pint", and then "properties" a window pops up. On one computer the window is extremely comprehensive with lots of useful options. On the OTHER computer, I have almost NO options or customizability. I have NO idea why this is happening. Any help would be great! Thank you! I've attached two pictures showing what I'm seeing.
