Acrobat Dc stop combining fils by drag and drop

Question

after combing some files into a single file in acrobat and when clikcing save/ save as it shows the save dialouge box empty (completly white) but I disabled "show online storage when saving" and I typed the desire filename .. after that nothing happend!!! .. and the document name in Arcrbat tab still "untiled" and nothing was saved in my local storage. I had followed some solution I find over the support forums and when I do those fixes whis is very basic and normal Acrobat stopped to combine files by drag and drop.

mow Acrobat stoped to combin files into one file througn the drag and drop .
please:
1. how to get back the drag and drop feature back .. ps. I have disabled the protection mode but nothing happend.

2. how ti clean unistall acrobat !!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

To clear uninstall Acrobat, use the cleaner tool provided here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and reboot the machine.

Then reinstall Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

Check if that makes any difference.
