Acrobat DC update impossible how download an old version

I use acrobat DC Mac OS10.11 but adobe has done an update and it fails now ! I can't update my OS how can I dowload an old version of acrobat for desk. I have the full licence of Adobe cloud. It's crazy story !

Did you try to uninstall Acrobat and to reinstall?

I'm writing from a Mac OS 10.11.6 on a late 2008 MacBook Pro, its Acrobat DC version is 2019.010.20099, and it hasn't updated for several months (as the version number suggests).

There is no update available when I "Check For Updates…" in the Help menu (attached screenshot says: Acrobat is up to date).

 

So: are you sure that this update really came from Adobe servers?
