My boss and I have the same Adobe license and Mac set up. My Acrobat has updated to 2019, but hers won't even give her an option to update. I can share with her PDFs for review and her comments come back to me fine but then she can't see any of the new share options on hers. As non-tech people, have we missed something? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned in the description above, you are facing issue when trying to update Acrobat DC on a Mac machine, could you try updating Acrobat by clicking "check for updates" option under "Help" menu, does that work?
Also, you can download and install updates manually from this link: Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh
Reboot the machine once the update is installed.
