Acrobat DC - Usage Rights/Reader Extended PDF

Question

Have been experiencing intermittent issue with enabling usage rights before but I have not been able to enable this feature for the last couple of days. In DC > File > Save As Other > Enable more tools, I've been getting an error "This document count not be Reader Enabled."

I found a post suggesting to disable the document auto-save feature, which I already tried and still getting the same error message.

Tried in Acrobat Pro 2017 with same result.

Hi,

Is this happening with just this document or with every PDF?

Check which program was used to create the PDF.
