acrobat deadline doesn't work

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the acrobat deadline doesn't work.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the version 21.07.20091 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, what is the workflow/steps you are doing to share the document with deadline? and how are the users opening the PDF files? Are they opening it in a web browser or via third part application? Please ask them to use the freeware application - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the PDF file and see if that helps.
