Are you on a corporate network/VPN with firewall or proxy restrictions?

Ask IT to verify Adobe network endpoint access
For enterprise or managed networks, Adobe provides an official list of domains that must be accessible on port 443 for Adobe apps and services to function correctly.
Adobe’s minimum allowlist includes Adobe-hosted domains such as:
- *.adobe.com
- *.adobe.io
- *.adobedc.net
- *.adobelogin.com
- *.adobe-services.com
Adobe also lists required Amazon Web Services and third-party domains, including *.s3.amazonaws.com, *.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com, *.cloudfront.net and others.

Check antivirus, firewall, proxy, and SSL inspection:
For this issue, please have IT check whether any of the following are blocking Acrobat desktop traffic:
-
Endpoint security/antivirus
-
Firewall rules
-
Web proxy rules
-
SSL inspection / TLS interception
-
DNS filtering
-
Zero Trust or conditional access rules
-
Application control policies
Do not leave security tools disabled permanently. Use this only as a temporary test and re-enable protection afterwards.
Let us know how it goes after trying these suggestions, and please reach out to us with your findings and observations, and for further assistance.
Regards,
Anand Sri.
