Acrobat did not convert Word document to PDF correctly

I created a book cover as a Word document. When I used Acrobat Standard to convert it into a PDF, all that emerged was the back of the cover, and even that was missing its barcode. I'm absolutely flummoxed. Both files are attached.

    Is this an issue with a particular Word file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

     

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF from Word file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.
     
    What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
     
    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
