Acrobat disabled right-click "open new window on all browsers

Question

Hi,

I just installed Acrobat Pro last week. After I did, all four browsers (Edge, Firefox,Chrome, and Brave) would no longer open a new window by using the right-click--> New window. It also won't open a new incognito window using the right click method.

Windows 10 Pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

What is the workflow steps you are doing? Are you opening PDF file in Web browser?

What happens when you try to open the new window in the web browser? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding? Also a small video recording of the same will be very helpful.

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check the result.
