Acrobat Disc Install

Question

My company has a 2015 Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Windows I'm trying to activate on my computer using the disc provided in the package.

It installed fine, but when I go to log in, it says my browser or software is out of date. I go to the information page but can't find anything about trying to use the disc.

Is there a way to transfer our subscription that was purchased in 2015 or do we have to purchase a new subscription? Is the disc no longer compatible with Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error message the browser or OS is out of date

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html and see if that works for you.
