acrobat Distiller X and acrobat X pro license deactivation problem

About a month ago, I couldn't access my Adobe CS6 and Acrobat Distiller X and Pro applications purchased in 2013. A message says "Evaluation license expired". I re-entered my license for each of my applications. I was able to re-access them but today same problem.

Entering my license key no longer allows me to access my Acrobat distiller X and X pro applications.

I am in trial version and the only option to buy the product

Could not find an Adobe contact to solve my problem.

Does anyone have an idea, a contact, a solution?
