Acrobat + DMS Imanage save issues

Question

When I open the PDF Document in Adobe, we got an addin Imange, as you can see in the imanage it shows the option like Open, Save AS.

But when I do any edit on this document for example sign the document then the options in iManage addin will fade.

Can you please tell on how to fix this issue??
Why changes made to the document are not saved to imanage?

I assume that IManage is a 3rd party plug-in. This means that you need to get in touch with the makers of that plug-in to find out why it behaves like you described. They are the only ones who can answer your question.
