acrobat doesn't work

Please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in the help document: Adobe Acrobat crashes.

If the issue persists, you might need to reinstall the application. Here are the steps to do so:

• Uninstall the application and run the cleaner tool from the following link: Acrobat Cleaner tool. Ensure that you empty the trash folder.

• Reboot the machine. 

• Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: Install Acrobat.
