Acrobat Don´t open PDF files on windows 11.

After some time working fine, Acrobat don´t open PDF files anymore. To solve this, I kill the acrobat process and It restart to open files normally. But It happens constantly and I have to kill the process several times on a day.
It´s occour on Windows 11 version 24h2

Also, try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested in the following help document:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/48AnFRA).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4osis36.

 

Let us know if the issue still occurs. We might require the logs for the process for further investigation. You may collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID created.
