Acrobat Editing PDF - Find and Replace All

Question

Hello,When editing a PDF, is there any way to find and replace all text? Currently, you can only replace a text one by one. Sometimes, we don't have access to or couldn't edit source files. It is very time-consuming having to find and replace 500+ instances of a word/phrase. I think it would be good to have a "Replace All" button instead of just "Replace". Does this look like it can be integrated in the near future? Is this feature on the product team's radar? Anyone has another workaround? Any discussion is appreciated. Thanks!

- Doubtful, but only Adobe knows for sure.

- This was asked for many times in the past, but it's not something that's easily implemented, due to the technical structure of PDF files.

> Anyone has another workaround?

- If the texts you want to replace are very similar in length (like "123" replaced with "456", but not "123" replaced with "456.789") then you can use the Search & Remove Text tool to do it, by using the new text as the "Overlay Text" of the redactions.
