Acrobat extensions in Word 365 and Chrome is causing Word, Excel, and Chrome to hang up.

Since the update to Windows 10 Creators Update, Acrobat extensions in Word 365 and Chrome is causing Word, Excel, and Chrome to hang up. I have unloaded the Acrobat DC Pro extensions from both Word and Chrome and the system is stable again.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi Ccurtin11,

There could be a possibility that after installing the windows update changes were not implemented properly. It seems to be a temporary issue with the extension which was causing problem.

As there isn't seems to be any issue reported for the same, and if will get to know we will keep a track of it.

Have you tried installing the extension again? If not , try once and let us know if that happens again.
