Acrobat failed to connect to DDE server

Hello,

I recently looked up the solution to problems with opening PDFs on you website, and there is this particular one which instructs us to do a repair installation, which  did but the PDF still won't open. Instead it says Acrobat failed to connect to DDE server. Is there any additional help you provide with regards to that.
