Acrobat Fails to Upload Docs to Cloud

Hello,
I made a similar post a few days ago, but I never got the issue figured out, so I'm reposting. When I try to use the Upload to Cloud button in the Acrobat desktop app, I get the error popup "An error occurred while trying to access the service" (see attached photo). I've been unable to upload documents to the cloud for a week, although I have been using this feature for years with no problems.
For some reason, I am able to access my Acrobat cloud documents and save them to my desktop, but not vice versa. I am also able to upload documents to the cloud from the Creative Cloud app and from the online Acrobat site, as well as from my iPad. Only the Acrobat desktop app itself is not working. Updating it and restarting my computer has not helped.
