Acrobat failure - the wrong popup covering everything!

How to fix the the bug in Arcobat on my Windows computer - when I try to open the pdf file, and format the view of document, I can receive the grey popup with rolling circle. It covers almost everything, and unfortunately, I can do nothing more in the application due to this popup occurs.

I would be thankful for some tips.
