Acrobat Font substitution with .tmp replacing Arial

We are having an issue when opening a particular PDF file.

All Arial fonts are replaced by .tmp font.

This problem is occurring only on 3 Windows 11 computers.

All other computers which have the same version.

We have Acrobat DC installed on several computers most recent version.

Did a complete reinstall on those computers and the problem was resolved only temporary .

It comes back after opening Acrobat several times.

Are there any settings to prevent Acrobat from replacing font.
