Acrobat Form Fields Tool Sticking

Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered. I've tried to search, but maybe I'm not being clear enough.

Previously, in Acrobat, when creating a form field, I would select the field to be added, e.g. text box, then click to place this field. Acrobat would then change back to the arrow selection tool, where I would fine-tune the size, etc. However, now its behaviour has changed. When I place a form field, the tool stays selected - so in the example above, the text box stays active and wants me to place another text field. I have to manually select the hand tool every time, which is costing me a bunch of time on larger forms.

I can't see an option in preferences to change this back - has anyone else found a way to revert to the previous behaviour?

Thanks.

Thank you for the reply. That does seem to have sorted it for now. Hopefully, there's a better solution if/when the new look is forced.
