Acrobat freezes when opening print Dialog

Hey,

When opening the print dialog, the reader freezes for about 10-15 seconds, before the print dialog itself appears.
This issue appears with the reader, and also with the pro version (X).

OS is Windows 10.

The options on opening in safe mode, as the one for printing to an image are both disabled.

Do you have any solution for this?

There seams to be a communication problem between the OS an Acrobat. I had that when I asked for the printers settings. But I don’t think it was more then 3 seconds. Our IT has modified something at the viruscheck level, but I cannot give an exact solution as we tried a lot and in the meantime different upgrades came and no one can tell me THE single settings that solved my problem.
