Acrobat has lost my account
Adobe Acrobat has lost my account. It askes me to buy the product again.
I purchased a license in September 2015. I have not changed computers.
I attempted to call the customer service center, but the connection was very poor and I was eventially disconnected. Unfortunately, the customer service respresetatives were very muted and kept cutting in and out.
I would appreciate if someone could help me.
