Acrobat has stopped registering my middle mouse click at random.

See Video. This is occurring on Windows 11. This problem only started occurring a few days ago. It might be related to the most recent Windows update but it’s only occurring on Adobe Acrobat.

Hi all,

This should have fixed now. If you are still experiencing this issue, please try the following steps and check if that works:

Go to LocalLow\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\
Share Exchange-ProMessages & ReaderMessages with us.
Pls delete above both file.
Then launch Acrobat.
Issue should resolve.

Yes, of course. Should have noted the following in the original post:

-Checked for Adobe Acrobat updates

-Repaired Adobe Acrobat installation

-Verified mouse software was up to date and not causing the problem (see video for exact inputs)

-Checked for Windows Updates

-Looked for a bug reporting forum and wound up here.
