"Acrobat has stopped working." "Close Program." Repair performed and didn't work. Update says is current. Help

Long ago installed Acrobat 10 in Windows 10, which has worked well for some time, gives an error message "Acrobat has stopped working."  Only option is close program.  Performed repair and update. Still have the problem.  What to do?

Acrobat 10 is quite older version expired last year. Please try latest Acrobat DC trial version Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC
