Acrobat incomplete

I have an account Creative All Apps but I only can use Acrobat Reader and I want to use the Pro version. What is wrong? How can I solve this problem?

Apologies for not seeing your post for three months.

Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat Pro. Can you show a screenshot of your Creative Cloud app so we can better assist?
