acrobat install error

Question

Disculpa, he tenido un problema en el mometo de instalar Acrobat DC 2017...el problema suscito despues de intalar Panda antivirus.....Por lo cual el programa ya no funciono correctamente y le tuve que volver a instalar..sin embango me sale este error.

{"error":"invalid_credentials"}

He buscado..por doquier peno logro entender que es lo que paso.......espero que me pueda ayudar.....saludos

De parte de mi ...muchísimas gracias...se pudo solucionar el problema...aunque me veo forzado a cambiar de antivirus..ya que eso ha sido el principal error para la instalación de acrobat Dc...y me ha afectado no solo acrobat sino los demás software de diseño como photoshop.......Muchisimas gracias

Hi Rubena2539827,

Looking at the error message, it seems you may have permissions issue on your machine or it may be Panda antivirus that is restricting execution of the installer.

Clear Tmp ( Mac) or Temp (Win) folder and then try to update again and check.

Windows :

Please press Windows+R button together and you will get a run command window, please type-in %temp% and hit enter.

Delete all contents present inside temp folder.

Mac :

1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To Folder" option.

2) You will get a text box, please type-in exactly below command and then hit return.

/tmp

3)It will open tmp folder.
4)Delete all contents present inside tmp folder.

Also, you may try a new user profile with Admin rights. Let us know if that helps.
