Acrobat Installation issues on new HP Laptop

Question

I have a user with a new laptop who is trying to install Adobe Acrobat, is notified to wait to be prompted for account authentication, but no prompt ever comes.

Anyone else have this issue? Screenshot attached.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are taking to install the Acrobat application? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity.

Also, try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4owQAtY , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3ME1wbZ and see if that works.
