We have released an update for Acrobat on February 9, 2021. Please try updating the application to the latest version and reboot the machine once.

But still facing same error even after updating Acrbat.

Please let me know is there anything else we can do.

We are still getting same error even after updating the Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 version [2020.100.30020]

Same functionality working fine with Adobe 9.
