Acrobat is not opening

First off, it's a bit ridiculous that you can't contact Adobe directly with a ticket and all you have access to is an AI bot or you have to ask the community and somebody who doesn't make millions from selling their products to you, will help you instead. Adobe Greed.

For about a year now, everytime I try to use Adobe Acrobat it opens and then it looks like a sign in box opens up (though the box is blank and I can only see an outline of a box) and then it closes. I've uninstalled the software and reinstalled. I've made sue it's updated to the latest version. Doesn't work. Any ideas of what can be wrong with Adobe's faulty software?

When you uninstall Acrobat, it does not remove everything from the system, and sometimes, what's left behind will cause the same problem again when you re-install. You can use the Adobe Cleaner to completely remove Acrobat, maybe this will get you back to a working installation: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
