Acrobat issue with pop up window / freezing

Question

Hi, every time I open Acrobat this window appears and then freezes. I have installed and re-installed programme several times with no luck. any ideas? I am running Sonoma 14.4 on 2023 mac book pro.

Sorry for the delayed response and trouble experience.

The September app release fixed a similar issue. Please ensure your product is updated and check for pending updates: Launch Acrobat> Help Menu> Check for updates.
