Acrobat keeps freezing and crashing

Question

Hallo Adobe Community,
seit geraumer Zeit friert mein Acrobat ständig ein. Beginnend beim Öffnen friert es kurz und mein Account ist kurz nicht sichtbar. Nach wenigen Sekunden geht es, solange ich ncihts klicke oder "anfasse". Wenn doch, dann ist die wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch, dass es abstürzt. Eigenartig ist auch, dass zu Beginn das Fenster normal Windows 10 Style hat. Nachdem es kurz eingefroren ist und vermeintlich funktioniert, nimmt es den alten Windows Vista Fensterstil an, wieso auch immer.
 
Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme/Erfahrungen gemacht und hat eine Lösung parat?
 
Ich habe bereits: deinstalliert, neu installiert, repariert, aktualisiert...
Das nächste wäre meinen Rechner zu formatieren (worauf ich nciht besondere Lust habe da es NUR Acrobat betrifft)

As the application hangs, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

If that does not help, try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro DC from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the application.

If the issue still occurs, we may need crash logs.
