Acrobat keeps reloading when using Adobe Sign

Trying to send a pdf to a client for a signature through Adobe Sign using Adobe Acrobat. Once I enter the client's email, subject, message and click continue, it starts to load (see the progress bar) and instead it brings me back to the 'Who to send for signature page'. Need advice or a bug fix - we use this service for over 160 clients.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat keeps reloading when using Adobe sign

We tried to reproduce the issue on our end and its working fine.

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the PDFs that you try to send? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

If the file is located on the shared network drive please try to download the file locally to your computer and check again.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

Make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20063 installed. go to Help > Check for Updates.

Please try to repair the installation (For Windows only) and see if that works. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Thanks Amal - Updating was the trick.

Automatic updates had stopped on just Acrobat DC for some reason. Was able to uninstall and reinstall with newest version and back in business.
