Acrobat keeps telling me to subscribe, but I'm already subscribed.

I selected a yearly subscription through Acrobat for Samsung. I'm now trying to export a PDF as a jpg. But it then tells me to upgrade. And then tells me there was an error because subscription has already been purchased. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

 

Sometimes Adobe may be requiring their users to update their credit card and billing information.

 

I am not saying this may be your case, but it has happened to me before.

 

You can see if this is the issue :

 

 

Even if your billing information is accurate and current, try the steps above.

 

If that doesn't improve the issue contact support so that they can take a look at your account and see what's going on.
