Acrobat Licenses

My business has 14 Acrobat 10 Pro licenses (and additional older licenses).  When we try to use these licenses, they are rejected because they are listed as being in use.  Only one of the licenses is actually in use; the others were on discarded computers, etc.  I know that version 10 is past EOL, but does anyone know if there is any way to get these license codes reset?

Are these individual licenses, or a part of a Volume/Enterprise license? If the former, you won't be able to use them anyway, as the activation servers have been discontinued by Adobe. If the latter, maybe there's something that can be done, but only Adobe will be able to do it. You will have to contact the Enterprise Support directly for help.

I should add that these license codes are registered with Adobe and I can view them in my Adobe Account page.
