Acrobat Licensing Application Freezing - Tahoe OS

So i just upgraded to a new imac.   All of my files successfully transferred from my old mac to my new one, with one exception - Acrobat Professional 2000.

Now i was successfully using this (on Tahoe) on my older imac - but when i attempt to run it, it asks me to run the licensing, and it freezes.

I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it - and still get the same glitch.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem.  I used Adobe uninstaller (successfully), completed a fresh install with license number (successfully), but it still throws up the Licensing Application blank screen and totally freezes.

Any ideas, please?

did you properly install acrobat 2000 or did you transfer eg, using time-machine or some other transfer app?

Initially I used the time capsule install.  When that didn't work, I fully deleted the program (follow adobes instructions on how to complete a full uninstall), rebooted the computer and did a fresh install.

Neither method was successful - same frozen dialogue

Hi @JeffSPHR,

Sorry for the troubled experience.
Try using the Acrobat cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/3MtGnRX to uninstall if you haven't tried already. Try then reinstalling Acrobat.

What is the exact version of Acrobat you have? Do you have a subscription or a serial number(please don't share serial number)?
