I am following up to check if you have tried the suggestions shared by our community product expert.
If you are still experiencing the issues, you may try resetting Adobe Licensing Credentials. Close Acrobat and open File Explorer. Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore. Delete all files inside this folder.
Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all files inside this folder. Restart your computer and try signing in again.

Since you've already used AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021, ensure you do the following before reinstalling:

Uninstall Acrobat 2020 from Control Panel > Programs & Features.

Run AdobeAcroCleaner again and restart your PC.

Download and reinstall Acrobat 2020.
